How do I book?

We have a dedicated team who are there to help you will your booking. Please either drop us an email at education@timequest.net or give us a call on 01622 872627 and we will be happy to help get you booked in.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Unfortunately this really depends on the type of service you are looking to purchase. While we will do our best to accommodate bookings we advise booking early to secure your preferred dates. 

How can I pay?

Fees are to be paid in full upon receipt of our invoice. Alternatively we are able to accept payment via credit and debit cards as well.  

What is included in the price of the workshop? 

Alongside the workshop materials and the expertise of our staff, the following item are also included: tea and coffee throughout the day, a tangible action plan to implement and a certificate of completion. 

Can I run a workshop at my school for all the staff?

Absolutely! We offer a flexible pricing structure that offers us the opportunity to deliver these workshops at either our venue in Paddock Wood or at your school.

Will I need my own equipment to participate? 

No you will not need your own equipment. We will provide everything you need for the day to ensure you are able to be activitely involved.

Do you only run sessions during term-time?

Just like our escape rooms we run all year round. If you are interested in hosting a workshop for your staff then drop us an email at education@timequest.net and we will do our best to fit you in.

What is the dress code?

That is totally up to you! Most of our participants prefer to dress casually but all we ask is that you are comfortable and ready to get involved! 

What equipment do you hire?

To be honest the list is quite long but this can range from specific locks, briefcases, locked boxes to fully designed games and activities. Give us a call on 01622 872627 or email education@timequest.net and let’s see how we can help.

Do I need to collect the equipment?

The simple answer is no. We will liaise with you to sort out delivery at a time that suits.

What if you don’t have what I need for my game?

It is worth reaching out to us as we may be able to help, it never hurts to ask.  

How do I get to TimeQuest? 

By car:
You can find our TimeQuest HQ on the A228 near Paddock Wood, Kent. It is easily accessible from both the M20 and M25/M26. Along the route, there are also a number of brown tourist signs as you get close to the site.

If traveling via the M20
Exit off the M25 at junction 4 and use the left lane to merge onto A228. Once on the A228, follow the road for 9.4mi. As you approach, you will spot the iconic Kentish Oasts of the Hop Farm Family Park, take the 3rd exit to enter the park.

If traveling via the M25/M26
Exit off the M25 at junction 5 merging on the M26, continue along the M26 for approximately 8 miles. Exiting at junction 2a, take the third exit on to the A20. Continue on the A20 until you come to a roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Seven Mile Lane/B2016. Continue along Seven Mile Lane until you come to another roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A228. Once on the A228, follow the road for 9.4mi. As you approach, you will spot the iconic Kentish Oasts of the Hop Farm Family Park, take the 3rd exit to enter the park.

By train:
If you wish to travel by train, the closest station is Paddock Wood. From here the Hop Farm is accessible via a Streamline taxi (see below) or bus. If traveling by bus from the station then you will need to use the bus stop opposite Hop Pocket Lane (5min walk from the station) and catch the number 6, 6a or 207 bus to the Hop Farm.

By bus:
If you want to catch the bus from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Maidstone, the number 6 takes you right to Hop Farm and runs every hour (Monday to Saturday only).

The local taxi firm is Streamline http://www.streamline.travel/ so please contact them directly for more information. 

Is there parking onsite? 

Yes, we have plenty of parking onsite. More than enough to park up several minibuses should you need. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle(s) while parking on onsite.
