Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT, where applicable. We accept a number of payment options, including debit, credit and ApplePay.
Shipping costs
Currently we offer two shipping options for customers on the UK mainland. International shipping is possible, but by prior arrangement only. An express, standard and free delivery service is offered. Pricing is £2.99 for standard (2-4 days), £4.99 for express (1-3 days) and orders over £60 to benefit from free delivery. Currently we utilise Royal Mail, DPD and DHL for our shipping needs. Tracking information is provided once the order is completed.
Local Pick Up
We offer a local pick up option free of charge from our business venue Bell 4, The Hop Farm, Paddock Wood, TN12 6PY. However, this is only by prior arrangement. Should you wish to use the local pick up option then please give us a call on 01622 872627 or drop us an email HERE.
Returns, changes, and cancellations
Should you wish to return or exchange an item you will have 14 days to do so from the order date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete a return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once a return is agreed you will need to return the item to us (either by post or in person). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of our decision.
Damaged Items
While we do take care to make sure your products are well packaged, in the unfortunate event your product has been damaged in transit then please contact us with your name, order number and photo of the damaged or defective items(s).
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order a full refund will be offered up until the product has shipped. If you are cancelling a pre-order this is typically around 1 to 2 days before the scheduled release date.
